Age-worn track and brackets
We see steel track with the factory bend still in it, roller brackets never re-torqued, and cable drums with the original galvanizing wearing thin. When a door comes off track in a house this age, the cause is rarely a mystery event - it's decades of small shifts finally adding up: a track bracket that walked loose from the framing, a bottom roller that wore itself out of round, or a stop block that cracked years ago and got ignored.
